How to solder neatly
Просмотров 33 тыс.3 года назад
Ok so i got a snotter!! hahajn this video we'll go through the tools and techniques i use to achieve neat joints. Also we'll debunk the myth that it matters how you apply the flux. One thing to mention is that i do sometimes use a metal polish to get that extra bling! enjoy.

Here's my two week review on the Wera kraftform turbo VDE. I'm a big fan of most of Wera's products but maybe my expectations were too high for this. www.unequaledheating.co.uk www.bensound.com

Просмотров 19 тыс.3 года назад
A run through and timelapse of this new project in Hampshire. On this project i fitted the DAB esybox/tank combo, a spirocross low loss header, twin unvented cylinders and a ton more. You'll have to excuse my repeating myself a few times:) i never intended this to be a RUclips video but in the end the content captured was too much for instagram. i hope you enjoy, any questions, just ask.

Wimbledon project quick run through.
Просмотров 7 тыс.4 года назад
A quick run through of our Wimbledon project. We've taken over from another developer for one reason or another, which is never nice, and to be honest the rest of the project was way ahead of the plumbing works, so we've had to make the best out of a challenging situation. That being said i'm happy with the progress so far.

Unequaled Heating finally on youtube, Introduction
You know red Langdon plumbing apprentice he got employed by pimilo
Hi please could you tell me what fittings i will need to connect the inlet, outlet and overflow as i’m fitting one tomorrow. thanks
Superb
I have 8 radiators 125 square meters a 17kW heat pump a low loss header followed by a pump. The water goes out hotter than it comes in how do I balance the pumps any advice would be appreciated be appreciated Flow Setter wasn’t fitted MCS approved company the pump was fitted upside down.
I see lots of folks saying never to use powerflow flux on gas? What's your thoughts?
the multiplier is definitely for getting screws started but then turning it off for the final turns.
Hiya, where did you purchase the esybox please? Thanks
I hate your starting intro music is so loud that video I hate that I will skip the video rather than watch.
Apparently the fire master torch stays red hot for like 15 mins, don’t know how true this is
What does the shunt pump do ?
What brackets are you using? I'm building a manifold for my softener and discharge. Since it will be on display, I'd like a set of nice wall brackets to hold it in place.
4x speed means 4x force required.
Hi Tony, thanks for the useful video Is the easytank mandatory? Can I plug the easybox directly? Have you had hot water in same pressure?
I can see you haven’t insulated the tank and placed it next to the cylinder. Why is that? Any risk of bacteria growing?
There's a reason professionals do not use steel wool for cleaning the copper and it's obvious by your demonstration. Still wool leaves little itty bitty pieces of steel fiber all over the place and it's clearly visible when your torch hits it I would not want any steel in contact with the water pipe as it's an impurity. I suggest you change over to using a wire brush or emery cloth. Those little bits of steel fiber could cause pinhole leaks in the copper pipe.
This looks a great option. Looking at the Mini for my house. Have you installed that as well? And then pairing that with a break-tank. Other than aesthetics, any reason to go with their own branded tanks rather than a cheaper alternative?
I would have to say, and I can say this as I’m an American living in the UK and I work in the trades, this review is typically British. Brilliant German engineering and you don’t understand it’s intended purpose, you have a moan.
Hi mate Just out of interest. What size pipes did you run everywhere? Was it 22mm hot and balanced cold everywhere then split off with 15mm to each outlet?? Thanks in advance 👍
I too keep a gas meter cap for those certain situations, great little problem solver lol
There are two types of screwdrivers the DIY and most pros need: The VDE ones which are *only for electrical work* and impact rated screwdrivers, the ones you hammer on the top. The two are mutually exclusive, don't use one where you should use the other.
"That bit of velcro can fuck off..." 🤣🤣🤣 Nice vid tho.. I'm a spark and think I'll get one.. Be great for terminating panel wiring.. 👍🏻👍🏻
AVOID ACID FLUX, Very common is acid flux ,over heated and I've witnessed many many of these joints cracking when moved in the slightest.
What fitting did you use to get onto the the overflow tundish? I tried various 1” n a half and 2” solvent but nothing fitted. Going to try a Mcalpine tomorrow
Vailant said that I can install there low loss header up to a distant of 5 meters away from boiler. This will solve a installation place for fitting. I see diagrams where there is nothing connected in-between the header and the boiler for circulation purposes, then everything is connected from the header to different zones. My question is I want to keep zone 1 ch/dhw, ground level circulating . Upper floor zone 2 and loft area and additional circulation pump connected to LLH. Will flow and return. From zone 1 interfere with zone 2 and keep separation when both zones are operating and calling for heat. Flow rate from boiler is 17.1 Lpm . 25/80 pump flow rate of up to 5.7M3/h, your views will be much appreciated
nice neat job, what model Magna 1 do you use as i need a decent pump for 17 rads over three floors high ceiling victorian house . cheers
Yep 4 mins in im going to try one, cheers
The self adhesive velcro works well. It's still stuck to my festool tool box and I remove/replace the bit set constantly. We're is pretty good. It shouldn't "shit gears" if you don't abuse it.
How big for 8 revs??
No need for shunt pump when you have automatic speed control pump and thermostatic mixing valve,
Excellent job Tony you are one of the top-pest person in plumbing industry 👍🏼🙂♥️
Very nice installation
You should try a Klein rapid drive offset screwdriver.
Do U know how much effort it is 2 K( .)( .)P turning mi volume up & down... Loose the Music or play at a lower level... ROFL
Is the easytank mandatory? Or i can plug directly the e.sybox?
Outstanding pipe work and installation Tony well done mate ♥️♥️♥️👍🏼🙂
Great install ,do you ever use close couple tees in any of your install as I’m getting into new Tec as an old git tying to keep up with the new stuff ?
That was absolutely hilarious I loved it
Powerflow (combined with the 'f******* everything' method) was the cause of new build systems blocking *solid* within 4-5 years all through the '00s 😩
8:45 😂😂😂 Love it. Great video!
Awesome review mate Were do you get this from can you give us a link please?
Didn't get to watch your flog, the intro music is way to loud and irritating 😑, I wish people would get on with just simply reviewing a product rather than trying to be the next Steven Spielberg with pointless intros and trailers and loud irritating music, sorry but it's a thumbs down from me for this one 👎.
which of the two blowtorches there is your preferred? don’t want the superfires or firejets
How would you drain this down if it's in the basement?
Great work if you ever get a chance to complete the heating upgrade please give us a walkthrough so beginners can get an idea on how this system works in real life
We need more videos dude
are those magnetic tips?
Great - until the unnecessary foul language. WHY???????????? Stopped watching.
Is it combi boiler fitted ?
A tradesman who treats his tools or even boxes this way will surely be treating customers items with the same respect.
When I experienced your "intro". I'm not surprised you had an issue with it...
